Do you charge for shipping?

When you check out your order, a charge for shipping will be shown before making payment. We charge per order, not per item. The charge varies by shipping destination.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out, unless you’ve selected a free, standard shipping service. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at weare@thirty-square.com.

How long will it take to get to me?

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and a further 2 working days delivery time within the UK (island life!), 3 to 7 days to Europe and 8 to 20 working days for the Rest of the World following the dispatch of your order. Please note that due to Covid-19 and social distancing at delivery companies, deliveries are taking much longer at the moment, especially internationally, so please be patient.

Shipping times are only estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by you if the delivery timescales fail to be met, as postage and delivery service is out of our control once an order has been consigned to the designated service provider.

We will attempt to deliver the Goods to the place designated by you in the accepted order, during normal business hours. Please ensure the package and product is in a suitable condition before accepting delivery.

If I order multiple items will they arrive together?

Most items will be shipped together, but It’s possible that items could arrive separately. Please note that for printed items we use a printing partner. If you’re worried about a missing item, please contact us on weare@thirty-square.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at weare@thirty-square.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What about customs charges?

For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees, is for your own account.

What packaging do you use?

We try to do our best to minimise waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable and we avoid plastic where possible.
